Technical Support
- Try a different HDMI port on your TV.
- Switch the TV input to the correct HDMI source.
- Check power — some TV USB ports don't supply enough power. Use a USB wall adapter instead.
- Restart — unplug, wait 10 seconds, plug back in.
- Make sure the controller is fully charged before pairing.
- Hold the pairing/home button for 3–5 seconds until the light flashes.
- On the console, go to controller settings and select "Connect new controller."
- Stay within 5–8 metres — walls and interference can disrupt the signal.
