Our Game Stick consoles come loaded with thousands of classic retro titles spanning arcade, action, RPG, racing, sports, and fighting genres — all built in with no downloads needed. The exact count varies by model, so check the individual product page for a full list. Everything's ready to play the moment you plug in.
All our Game Sticks connect via HDMI, so any TV or monitor with an HDMI port works. Most models output in HD (720p/1080p); some support higher resolutions. If your TV is 4K, the console outputs at its maximum supported resolution. Check the specific product listing for exact specs.
Yes — the wireless controllers are USB rechargeable via the included cable. On a full charge, expect 6–10 hours of continuous play. A charging indicator light signals low battery. You can also play wired while the controller charges.

Changes must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. Contact us immediately via the contact form with your order number and we'll do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, we can't modify it — but you can start a return when it arrives.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unopened condition. Contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 days to appear on your statement.

  • Switch the TV input to the correct HDMI source.
  • Check power — some TV USB ports don't supply enough power. Use a USB wall adapter instead.
  • Restart — unplug, wait 10 seconds, plug back in.

Most pairing issues are quick to fix:
  • Make sure the controller is fully charged before pairing.
  • Hold the pairing/home button for 3–5 seconds until the light flashes.
  • On the console, go to controller settings and select "Connect new controller."
  • Stay within 5–8 metres — walls and interference can disrupt the signal.
