At UtilitiTech X, we stand behind the quality of our retro gaming consoles and accessories. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.
โ ๏ธ IMPORTANT: ALL SALES ARE FINAL
We do not accept returns or issue refunds.
All purchases from UtilitiTech X are final sale and non-refundable. This means:
โ No returns for any reason
โ No refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse
โ No exchanges for different products
โ Orders cannot be canceled once placed
Please review product descriptions, specifications, game lists, and compatibility requirements carefully before purchasing.
๐ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll send you a replacement at no extra cost.
To process your request, please:
- Email us at utilititechx@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include clear photos or videos showing the issue
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the problem
What We Need to See:
- Photos/video of the damaged product
- Photos of damaged packaging (if applicable)
- Video demonstrating the defect (for non-working devices)
Once verified, a replacement will be shipped out promptly.
No returns are required โ keep the defective item unless we specifically request it back.
๐ฎ What Qualifies as "Defective"?
We cover manufacturing defects including:
โ Device does not power on (after proper setup)
โ Controllers don't respond or pair
โ No video output (after correct HDMI setup)
โ Missing components (controllers, cables, power adapter)
โ Physical damage from manufacturing
โ Games won't load due to hardware failure
Please troubleshoot before claiming defective:
- Ensure TV is on correct HDMI input
- Try different HDMI cable/port
- Verify power source is working (try different USB port/adapter)
- Check that all cables are securely connected
- Restart device and TV
โ Refunds
We do not offer refunds for damaged items. Replacements are issued after proper verification.
Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where:
- A replacement is not possible (item permanently out of stock)
- Multiple replacement attempts have failed
In such rare cases, store credit may be issued at our discretion. Cash refunds are not provided.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
User Error & Compatibility: โ Incorrect setup or user error
โ TV compatibility issues (device requires HDMI input)
โ Display resolution mismatches
โ Preference for different games or gameplay experience
Customer Responsibility: โ Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
โ Change of mind / buyer's remorse
โ Opened product if you simply don't like it
โ Normal wear and tear after use
Shipping & Delivery: โ Delivery delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
โ Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
โ Packages refused at customs (international orders)
Damage After Delivery: โ Customer-caused damage (drops, spills, mishandling)
โ Cosmetic wear from normal use
โ Damage from unauthorized modifications or repairs
๐ฆ Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier
- Consider requiring signature confirmation at checkout (if available)
- Use a secure delivery location
Track your package using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
๐ International Orders
For international customers:
- All sales are final (no exceptions)
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
- Customer is responsible for all customs clearance
- Packages refused at customs will not be refunded
- Voltage/plug compatibility is customer's responsibility
- Shipping delays due to customs are not covered
International customers must verify compatibility and customs requirements before ordering.
๐ช๐บ European Union โ 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days.
However:
- This right only applies if the product remains sealed and unopened
- Once opened or used, this right is waived (Article 16(c))
- Customer pays return shipping for withdrawal returns
- Refund processed only after unopened device is received and inspected
Damaged/defective items are still covered under our replacement guarantee regardless of EU withdrawal rights.
